This was my beloved dog's head after Raquel Sellers had clipped the fur away and cut him with the clippers after a simple 'hot spot diagnosis. I have escalated my complaint after being told by the practice manager that she is a competent and caring vet. She showed no compassion and changed my daughter £151 for this complete farce. At no point did she ask for assistantance and then refused to continue treating our dog as she said he was snappy and recommended sedation at an extra £90 cost. The whole episode left my daughter traumatised and our pet unable to keep water down. They are utterly heartless and must laugh at the customers enroute to the bank. Avoid this amateur attempt of a surgery at all costs. Read Less

Took our French Bulldog as he was suffering from sore ears, Rebecca Hughes the apparent vetinary owner diagnosed it as simply a build up of wax. She didn’t look in detail at his ears she simply cleaned and then sold us a solution for £15.00 which later turned out was available online for £3.50 including postage, 6 months later we returned as nothing had improved despite on each occasion afterwards being told it would take time to clear the build up (last week) and another vet immediately realised it was more serious and did a swab to which it was discovered our French Bulldog puppy had a fungal and bacterial infection in one ear and a bacterial infection in the other - a clear misdiagnosis and when we raised our concerns at the poor level of care and attention we were simply told by Rebecca she doesn’t make mistakes and she has been practicing for 16 plus years Wouldn’t take responsibility or offer an apology so we are persuing further action with a solicitor and have reported her to the royal college of vetinary surgeons as this is unacceptable We have moved practices and would advise others to do the same in the interests of your beloved pets Read Less

Fantastic. Leo the vet is a lovely man who was so kind and patient with all my questions and worries. He dropped everything for Watson (my cat) who was very poorly and took no time to get him the care he needed - even though Watson was not so keen on that care and had a couple of swipes at the nurses! They were understanding and were so professional throughout. The ladies at the receptionist desk were also VERY lovely and helped me with my insurance claim and settled me when I got upset - LOVELY girls. The price was reasonable considering all the tests tha t Watson had and he was sorted and home super fast. HIGHLY RECCOMEND VETS FOR PETS PLAS COCH! Read Less

Having visited many vet practices over the years, this is the one I always rely on. Rebecca is one of the most pleasant, helpful, professional and empathetic vets I have ever encountered and as I am the owner of a substantial number of Siamese cats and kittens I truly believe that her obvious devotion to animals, coupled with her tremendous capacity to listen and quietly and professionally engage makes what would have quite often been a very stressful and anxious visit far less intimidating. Rebecca has a tremendous calming effect with the animals and an endless capacity to put you at ease and explain the prognosis calmly and sensitively. I cannot praise her highly enough and would recommend her to you as the most obvious choice of vet in your time of need. REXAMIAN SIAMESE ( Facebook ) Read Less
