After using Harleigh vets for many years, after my treatment by the reception staff today I will never go back! The vet as alway was great Cathy Common, who is my normal vet has always been kind and helpful, but today when I went to pick up my dogs meds, ear drops for a ear infection, I was told £109.00 !! Unbelievable, I said ok, as I had no choice, I will be back next week I settle then, I was abruptly told No ! You pay now or you can't have the meds : ( never been the case before) They would sooner see the animal suffer and have no care or compassion for your pets well being, It's all about grabbing your money, I also phoned when I got home to speak to a manager, and was told by the same woman that had refused me the med that she was a manager, which turned out to be not the case, as there own web site says she a nurse !!! So they also lie to you as well, Need to sort out your priorities is it money or care of animals ? Read Less
