I have a tom cat who divines when he has an appointment and disappears for days. Staff have been very understanding about this - when he appears, I ring them, and they say yea or nay so that I can take him there and then.
They are so kind to my cats when they are in their care. I have complete confidence.

I find this practice the most helpful one I've been to in many years of having dogs. The Vets and nurses and receptionist are first class.

I live 25 miles away from this practice but am happy to make the journey. The whole team is kind, caring and professional .
I've had three dogs supported by Monument. When I sadly had to say farewell to my 16 year old companion the team supported me through the final moments and contacted me afterwards. They are always happy to answer questions and give advice. Could not recommend a better vetinary practice.

Nice spacious clean vetenary practice, the staff are very polite and willing to listen to your concerns. Very professional and caring. Would like to see a pricelist pinned up or on website for regular procedures and testing. Overall very good, but feel parking is an issue, but there is a paying carpark near by.
