Really sorry to write this as nothing to do with treatment but the ridiculous parking arrangements on site Have just received a parking notice from the morally bankrupt Parking eye despite entering registration number on entry. Receptionist has assured me tgis will be voided but could have done without this. Apparently have been having problems with the vehicle recogntion details. However this is not good as although in this case this was a mistake people will get caught out as on our 2 visits since the implementation of this system noone reminded us to make sure we entered our vehicle registration despite saying they do. I also had to remind another lady. Also by the nature of the business often people will be upset and and will forget. There are signs but when stressed it is easy to miss this. It would also be an idea if the machine printed a receipt to prove registration number entered. I appreciate that parking is an issue in the new hospital but I really think this is not a good way to treat customers Read Less
