Her routine appointments and vaccinations were smooth and she was well tended to. We did not need to use any emergency care but if their routine standard is anything to go by we'd be happy with that.

refused to see one of our dogs because we was late paying a bill, when they knew we were fighting with the insurance company about it. however it is fully paid now and they wont even see her, yet they would see out other dog. They have also been happy to accept the direct debit for the healthy pet club for the last 6 months. They clearly dont actually care about animals and just want to make as much money as possible. we have been using them for 5 years and never missed a bill before

I firstly wish to state I have had no problem with the treatment of the Dogs from the Vets. However the Customer Service here is dire. The Reception Staff are incompetent. They have no desire to help ...
I firstly wish to state I have had no problem with the treatment of the Dogs from the Vets. However the Customer Service here is dire. The Reception Staff are incompetent. They have no desire to help with queries, their main aim seems to be to get rid of you asap. For example I requested a specific Flea Treatment prescription and was advised that they didn't have that one but had the same by another brand name. The product I was sold at vast expense bore no relation whatsoever to the product I had requested! I am knowledgeable about these products and only use them after Research. This also took 3 attempts to even get the right order and 24 miles of backwards and forwards to pick this up which was all down to the fact they hadn't bothered to listen. They did however find the time to issue literature on Vaccinations! (Which if they had checked their records they would then see I have a specific request not to press Vaccinations as I have my Dogs Titre Tested, this was noted after a previous complaint about derogatory comments placed on my record) I've given up and changed Vets. The fees aren't cheap so you really shouldn't expect anything less than a Service that reflects this.

We had a very positive experience with our Siberian Husky here and were very satisfied with the care that she was given.
