They diagnosed my young dog with lymphoma and gave him weeks or months to live, which was obviously upsetting. At a cost of several hundred poinds, they took a biopsy to discern the type of lymphoma so they could specify appropriate treatment options and I could work out which option to go ahead with... Or so they told me. After the results came back they announced they still didn't know the type of cancer and couldn't provide a written list of treatment options.. or not without several more days' delay. When I asked if we could please keep to the arrangement they had promised me earlier, the vet attacked me for my 'tone' instead of responding to this serious concern. On a previous visit, after my dog had torn the sole of his foot, the same vet gave him a painkiller and nothing else. Not only did it make him very sick, it also led him to cause more damage to the injured foot as he stopped holding it off the ground to protect himself. No dressing, no stitches, no advice... I had to go back and ask to see a different vet who thankfully was able to get him well again after that. I don't know how long my dog will live now with this cancer he has, but I do know that after two such negative experiences at vets4pets, we definitely won't be going back. Read Less
