I can be quite a dinosaur with all things technological but I just had to put a review on to say how wonderful the online booking system is and ................. very easy to use. It took a bit of time to set up the account but once done I was able to order medication and then I took the giant step of booking an appointment!! And ........... it worked!! I would say to anyone - if you want to order medication, book appointments then Regent Court's system is a really user friendly way of doing things. I will certainly use this again and if it helps take the pressure off the wonderful reception staff then it's got to be a good thing hasn't it? Go on - give it a go!!

The personalised and individual care they give to pets and their owners is awesome. Staff often go above and beyond in their dedication and they take responsibility for following through with a pet until their case is resolved. I cannot express just how great the team of nurses and Vets are but if your dog is critically ill this is the team you want fighting for your furbaby.

Having been registered with a few veterinary practices over the years, we felt the need to change and chose Regent Vets having done some research and a very lengthy call with Nicky at Regent about the services they offer and our current pet needs. We have been nothing but pleased and surprised to the care, support and information made available to us from day one. It has exceeded our expectations and indeed the service we have received elsewhere. We even had a phone call the next day after one of our pets required surgery, asking how the patient was - never had that before! ALL members of staff have been friendly and welcoming to both animals and humans. We can highly recommend the services offered by Regent Vets.

Couldn’t ask for a better practice. All the staff and the quality of the care received to my darling Mew deserves way more than 5 stars. In the past 2 weeks, we’ve become quite the “regulars”, with both my poorly female and my now castrated male. Any possible questions we had were answered and they don’t make you feel like anything is too much trouble! Never in my life have I met receptionists as friendly, and knowledgeable! Not once have we felt shunned off, nor have we ever been dissatisfied in how either of our cats have been treated. Super friendly, clean, caring and just simply amazing practice!! Would never go anywhere else:)

Wonderful people. We’re visiting but were made to feel very welcome. Appointment for our sick dog the same morning. Great advice and reassurance about her. Easy to find and has parking.

I can be quite a dinosaur with all things technological but I just had to put a review on to say how wonderful the online booking system is and ................. very easy to use. It took a bit of time to set up the account but once done I was able to order medication and then I took the giant step of booking an appointment!! And ........... it worked!! I would say to anyone - if you want to order medication, book appointments then Regent Court's system is a really user friendly way of doing things. I will certainly use this again and if it helps take the pressure off the wonderful reception staff then it's got to be a good thing hasn't it? Go on - give it a go!!

The personalised and individual care they give to pets and their owners is awesome. Staff often go above and beyond in their dedication and they take responsibility for following through with a pet until their case is resolved. I cannot express just how great the team of nurses and Vets are but if your dog is critically ill this is the team you want fighting for your furbaby.

Having been registered with a few veterinary practices over the years, we felt the need to change and chose Regent Vets having done some research and a very lengthy call with Nicky at Regent about the services they offer and our current pet needs. Couldn’t ask for a better practice. All the staff and the quality of the care received to my darling Mew deserves way more than 5 stars. In the past 2 weeks, we’ve become quite the “regulars”, with both my poorly female and my now castrated male.
