My 2 1/2 year old lurcher came down with a deadly bacterial disease
Will and his team tried for 4 days to save him and kept me informed every day and let me see him
Unfortunately I had to say goodby...
My 2 1/2 year old lurcher came down with a deadly bacterial disease
Will and his team tried for 4 days to save him and kept me informed every day and let me see him
Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to him my whole world shattered but I was there with him making sure he wasn't alone and stroking his face
They did everything they could
I wouldn't go anywhere else now

Having used Rosevean Vets for a year or two now & they are the complete practice .
Our pet dog Biddy has her problems , but she is always looked after very well on her visits .
I would recommend this ...

A cat was reported as missing to you by the owner you let this woman down not once but twice . I called you for info on missing cat giving you a description you said you had no info on a cat like it...
A cat was reported as missing to you by the owner you let this woman down not once but twice . I called you for info on missing cat giving you a description you said you had no info on a cat like it approximately a week later we catch the cat so I call you for you to register her as found even though you already had the cats info you still failed to match your info thankfully the cat was taken to mounts bay vets who also had cats info and matched the cat to the owner within 24 hrs the cat is now back home but NO THANKS TO YOU please review how you deal with lost and found info

The best vets I have ever used. Have been taking my Maine Coon X cat there for years for regular boosters, flea treatments and occasional antibiotics for infected bites from other cats. When she lost all the fur off her tummy and rear end, they diagnosed a flea allergy and solved it completely with Confortis tablets. Staff are friendly and helpful, David Coombs the vet is fantastic, warm and caring about your pet, and the other vets are equally nice. I would not take my pets anywhere else.

Very friendly staff, helped my new puppy go through his first few puppy injections with ease. Been to puppy party, very informative and helped to socialise my puppy. Good service, good prices (especially the puppy pack which was £55 for first 2 injections, worm tablets, flea treatment and microchipping).

Fantastic vet clinic. I wouldn't take my pets to anyone else. Vets and nurses really know their stuff and the support staff are excellent as well.

The best vets I have ever used. Have been taking my Maine Coon X cat there for years for regular boosters, flea treatments and occasional antibiotics for infected bites from other cats. When she lost all the fur off her tummy and rear end, they diagnosed a flea allergy and solved it completely with Confortis tablets. Staff are friendly and helpful, David Coombs the vet is fantastic, warm and caring about your pet, and the other vets are equally nice. I would not take my pets anywhere else.
