Can not thank the staff at Fenaghy vets enough, without their dedication my two frenchbulldogs wouldn't be here, from reception staff to vet nurses to all the vets, they always go above and beyond to sort my crew, I am sure Andy and his crew are demented with my wife Shaz, who panicks so much, the vets and all the staff are fantastic, can honestly say we wouldn't trust anyone else to work on our fur babies, our frenchies and boxer get excited when we pull up at the vets and love going into it, you know you have the best vets when your fur babies cry to get going in. DISGRACEFUL - Thats All i have to say. They are MONEY MAD my dog had to be rushed in after a severe accident, but the ONLY thing the staff and vets were interested in was did i happen to have 540 in my back pocket! This is not the amount of money most people walk around with! Especially since i had to rush my dog in as an emergency. The distress sent myself into Hospital with stress! I would recommend the staff and owners maybe watched SuperVet and decided if they are working for a vocation OR Money but all my experience with the staff makes me Know its the latter...... Recently registered with Antrim branch after hearing only good things about Fenaghy. Our boy Buddy suddenly developed a very sore & inflamed eye, his symptoms escalated so quickly to the point where he couldn't see out of it. Best vets I have been too,my small chihuahua has an extremely bad enlarged heart and they have managed to keep him going for nearly two years with treatment and he is doing well at the minute,two of our other pets also attend regularly and are also doing Well. The thing that I like the most is that they know exactly what they are talking about and have time for you so that you can ask them about other problems with the pets without feeling you are taking up their time. Great vets. They did an amazing job with my oldest dog who was really sick when we had just got her as a pup. Kept in touch with updates morning and evening we thought she wasn't going to make it but she pulled through. The vets and even the girls on the desk were terrific. My two dogs love going here!! I have two Yorkies one male and one female. (Sam and riley) I attend this vets once a year for check ups and annual vaccines and they are amazing... my little female Yorkie took pyo at a young age and had to be operated on and they were amazing. They picked up immediately on the fact she had pyo and care was provided instantly. Absolutely Great staff and always do whats best for owner and dog, also i would like to point out that recently my wee woman has been having a sore ear. She's booked in for tomorrow to see the vet however tonight she was in pain. I contacted fenaghy at 1030 at night and they got back to me immediately and I spoke to the vet personally on the phone regarding what to do until they see her tomorrow. Absolutely amazing service. I visited Antrim branch with my dog Bella, initially for a skin irritation. The staff are all very friendly and very attentive. Vets that dealt with her were great and made her first visit very reassuring. Her second visit was when she was to be neutered. Our beautiful boy Charlie was taken in to Joan on Monday 19th Sept. We never for one minute thought he'd never come home. Both Joan and Sara were fantastic, kept me thoroughly up to date, but sadly Charlie was never going to get better so we made "that decision" as a family on 22nd Sept.
