I'm new to the area and called this morning to make an appointment for my dog at City Vets Belfast. The receptionist I spoke to was so incredibly rude when she answered and responded to my inquiries - her demeanor was so off-putting that I decided to take my dog somewhere else.

Gave my cat an unnecessary pain killer that made him sick for weeks. Only after getting a second opinion my cat got better. These guys are more about profit but prescribing meds that aren't needed, ...
Gave my cat an unnecessary pain killer that made him sick for weeks. Only after getting a second opinion my cat got better. These guys are more about profit but prescribing meds that aren't needed, than helping an animal.
Can't recommend anything except avoid these guys. Like other chains it's all about how much they can squeeze out of you.

They showed a great deal of love and I could not fault them at all. Plus the girl at the front counter was stunning.

My two nearly 11 year old Yorkies had a check up today.. My girl was given a very good check as she has had an issue lately. Vet was great very experienced and calm so my two were comfortable with him. They can be nervous so that was a good experience.

Gave my cat an unnecessary pain killer that made him sick for weeks. Only after getting a second opinion my cat got better. These guys are more about profit but prescribing meds that aren't needed, than helping an animal.
Can't recommend anything except avoid these guys. Like other chains it's all about how much they can squeeze out of you.
