Been using this vets for a number of years. Would thank Catherine for ensuring we got our dog in quickly to get him put to sleep, he was a part of our family for 15 years. However, the experience was far from peaceful or professional. The vet that attended our Dog showed very little confidence or empathy. The dog was brought in muzzled and distressed for his last moments. I specifically told the vet that he had problems with his left leg, yet that is we're she inserted a catheter. I had to hold my dog down whilst the lethal injection was given. The vets communication skills were deplorable. After the dog was left on the floor dead, she said 'Right that's it' and we were brought to the front desk for payment. It's at this stage that my decision to write a review became necessary. We waited whilst Catherine, the vet that attended our dog, plus another vet discussed in detail to a different customer on the phone possible treatment regarding a separate issue. We were left standing for a considerable period to make payment. I'd suggest retraining for both vets in their manner with clients and to Catherine for her customer care. 'Sorry for your loss' was completely disingenuous Catherine I'm afraid. Read Less
