Brought my dog here because she was getting sick, got checked out was total all was well. I was feeling very relieved as pet owners we all love our animals. The next day she passed out and continued vomiting so I phoned up here again to try to get an urgent appointment only to be told we don't open until 4.30 and you'll have to wait till then. I phoned avenue Road vets which I had never used before and while they were also closed at the time when I described what had happened they allowed me to come in straight away. Turns out she has a heart problem and an infection. I dread to think what might have happened had I stayed with ancu. Now I understand mistakes happen but speaking only for myself I feel the level of care is below the standards that a modern clinic should have. So please if you have any doubts about your pets treatment make sure you get a second opinion.Read Less
