Vets need to be more honest and if they don't want to do surgery on a dog, say so, don't make owners go bk for surgery u clearly are going to refuse. Even after being given bank details, money was not a option, hence I left my bank details as I was unable to be there and needed to know full details. Nopes u sent dog home. Because arrangements were made for surgery, there was no help home. And a injured dog with a opened wound had to walk bk home after being starved as the vets said so. Disgusting. They had bank details, but wanted full payment then and there. They only had to wait a few hours. Disgusting. Read Less
