A big thanks to all at Cedarmount and in particular to Carol for their excellent care of our elderly but dearly loved bunny. He came to Cedarmount with a lot of age related issues and the excellent care provided by Carol enabled us to keep him an extra couple of years. Cedarmount has looked after our pets for over 30 years and we have always been delighted with the professionalism, care and support we received. We have had 13 pets with them over the years and thankfully for most of our pets it has just been the normal care regime but with that many pets we have also had more serious and sad situations but through all of that we have always felt cared for and supported by all of the vets and staff. Thanks to Alan and all the staff for not giving up on misty when she broke her leg when hit by a car. It took three operations and laser treatment but they didn't give up on trying to save her leg and now she is as good as ever. I cannot recommend Cedarmount vets highly enough. They are kind, patient and considerate. They have looked after my two little chichuaua dogs Chico and Harry for over 11 years, Alan saving Chico when he was nearly killed by another dog and Craig who kept him going for months with his failing heart and who came to our home to put my wee man to sleep with dignity and compassion. Everyone has their own favourite vet practice. Everyone will swear the one they use are the best around. Everyone that is, except people who don't have pets. Weird people like that. Cedarmount in my opinion is the best vets in Bangor. Bit only as far as the senior vets are concerned. The newer, recently trained vets, although good at the jobs, lack the same personal touch that I guess will come with experience. My main complaint about Cedarmount, is its car park. It is only accessible by a narrow lane that only one car can fit along, leading to the obvious 'battle of the cars'.That said, I genuinely wouldn't use any other vet. But sure we can all say that can't we?! Read Less
