Had an appointment at 9am.Had a distressed cat with me.After 15 mins rang from outside, no answer
Had to return home. Will not be back as this has happened before. Poor customer service .

Had 2 cats spayed/neutered today. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very neat scar on our female cat and she's now happily ensconced in front of the fire. Thanks for a great service!
