Told 2 separate things by 2 separate people. Puppy injections spread into 3 instead on 2 lots. ££££££
Was told I would see vet at pups last vaccination as needed to bring up a query - vet no where to be seen. Query left unanswered despite being told an end consultation was in with the £85 vaccination price!!! Surgery scales - not the cleanest to put your puppy (unvaccinated) on!!! Nurse room - animal hair in areas of floor - would expect a clean surgery. Didn’t get given a puppy vaccination book until I asked for one after 3rd vaccination!!!! Wrong details stored on system for my dog so didn’t leave me with any confidence that animals came first. All in all, I won’t be back. Read Less
