EXCELLENT VETS 🐶🐺..my fiancé and i sadly had to have our beloved 14 year old staffordshire bull terrier casey euthanised last Thursday. They were very supportive and respectful and we cannot thank them enough for their great work. You can be assured that they will be our first choice of vets should we have another pet in the future. I moved my animals here from Vets 4 Pets, what a difference. The vets genuinely care about the animals and appear to know how to speak with the owners. My little pup has had a few issues and we've seen 3 of the vets in a short space of time and they were lovely, very patient, caring, a very different experience from my previous vets. The car park is a bit small, but you can park up and walk if need be, I'd rather do that and see nice caring vets, than have a fabulous car park and mediocre vets.i love the online system for bookings , means you can book appointments at midnight if you want. Lovely vets, I highly recommend! The staff have cared for our little Angel so wonderfully since we got her as a baby. They’ve always been so helpful both in the practice and over the phone, and have always reassured us if we have had any concerns. The staff have also been fantastic in supporting us in looking after Angel after her diagnosis of diabetes. Without such support, we would struggle in properly caring for our little fur baby. Very accommodating - my pup is a bit reactive towards other dogs and staff were very helpful in terms of offering a quiet space to wait for his appointment. Very easy to see that staff actually care about the welfare of the pets they look after - overall very happy & can't recommend Grange Vets enough. :) Read Less

Absolutely love this surgery! All of my pets are registered here. The staff are lovely, they're very helpful and accommodating. The only issue is the carpark! It's a bit of a squeeze to get in to from the main road but that's the only bad point. I would highly recommend this practice!! Read Less

I've been with Grange a few years now, they have always been excellent with all my dogs more so Zeusy, he jumped out of a window a couple of years ago breaking his shoulder they were brilliant, we sadly lost him this weekend it was very sudden and unexpected, I will always use Grange in my view the best vets in Darlington. My dog Mikki had lost a lot of weight and couldn't keep his food down they tried different treatments but they did not work. So they took him into the hospital and found he has stomach ulcers just like his dad. He has now been home for nearly 2 weeks and has just started eating normally afer taking medication daily. I thought at one point I was not going to get him home. But thanks to the excellent care of Ms A Pickering and her fellow Vets and all her the staff. I rang grange vets late on a Saturday night in regards to my 10 week old kitten Ziggy he was in a very bad way and they were brilliant I couldn't thank the staff anymore for what they did. I have used Grange vets for all my dogs for the last 13+ years, except whenI moved to Devon for a couple of years, I am now back and able to have their excellent service for my dogs again. I struggled to find a vet down in the SW who came even close to the service and caring ways of the Grange vets and staff. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are always caring and very responsive to my worries and have always made me feel that I have a part in any decision making and not treated me as a 'numpty' said some bets have in the past. A great practice that cares about my animals and their health but also shows me great thoughtfulness as well Thank you all but especially Miss Pickering who recently dealt so kindly with the loss of my 'special' girl Megan who had to be euthanised at 13 and a half due to her mobility and kidney problems.Read Less
