I recently had cause to visit this practice for my dogs annual boosters whilst visiting from Scotland. I was not impressed by either their professionalism or attitude. When I arrived I was met by a rather miserable receptionist. I was then invited into a tiny consulting room by another miserable looking member of staff who did not introduce themselves. The consulting room had little privacy as other members of staff were walking in and out. I was then asked for my dogs details. A tall slim man then appeared, once again no introductions. He proceeded to pet one of my dogs, a young Cocker Spaniel who was a bit anxious at being at the vets and was whining a wee bit. This met with a "shut up man" from the tall slim man. He then instructed the girl who had greeted me to prepare two syringes and listened to my dogs heartbeats. Then out of the blue another woman appeared, still no introductions or interaction with me, and administered an injection to each to my two dogs. This was carried out with the dogs still on the floor, not on the treatment table. Consequently some fluid ran out with the first injection, and the second injection made my dog yelp. Throughout there was no conversation or introductions. The only positive was that the cost was less than I expected. Consequently, my overall impression was of a practice that showed little concern or courtesy towards its clients or animals. Read Less
