Generally good service, all staff except one vet provide professional service. My advice would be not to see Adele. She is rude, arrogant and does not possess any people (or pet) skills whatsoever. Just an all round self absorbed individual who judges you by the weight of your pet! Frankly, I am fed up of being told my dog is over weight. Never again for me. I wouldn’t expect to be treated like this by a Doctor in the NHS and we don’t pay for that service! I completely trust the actions of my dog. She was terrified and I was angry. Enough said. After vets4 pets killed my cat and my mothers dog literally dropping dead 20 minutes after seeing it for a booster. I heard good things about this vet. Must say after a very bad exotic vets I found them perfect. Honest and don’t try and sell you stuff that is not required. I find they are professional, knowledgeable and fair in price.
