Generally good service, all staff except one vet provide professional service. My advice would be not to see Adele. She is rude, arrogant and does not possess any people (or pet) skills whatsoever. Just an all round self absorbed individual who judges you by the weight of your pet! Frankly, I am fed up of being told my dog is over weight. Never again for me. I wouldn’t expect to be treated like this by a Doctor in the NHS and we don’t pay for that service! I completely trust the actions of my dog. She was terrified and I was angry. Enough said. Read Less
