Called and asked for help as my cat has poo stuck in fur, made it clear he wouldn't be easy to deal with. Booked me a 30 min appointment to which the vet says this should have been an hour. Ended up l...
Called and asked for help as my cat has poo stuck in fur, made it clear he wouldn't be easy to deal with. Booked me a 30 min appointment to which the vet says this should have been an hour. Ended up leaving with my cat still uncomfortable and not helped and told to bring him back for then to try again in 4 days.

In particular, when it came to finally saying goodbye they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was handled as well as it could possibly be 🙂I really can’t say thank you enough!

So thankful I've found simplycats. My little maxi had some complex dental surgery & this veterinary practice is absolutely the best I've every experienced by far.
From Caroline & kat on reception to Kate in the operating room.
So thorough, professional & informative. I was informed every step, through to aftercare.
I felt cared for and looked after, which meant I knew my cat was in the very best hands.
The reception staff are so welcoming, lovely and accommodating. Especially Caroline who was absolutely wonderful!
Thank you so much, and I Highly recommend-your cat will have the upmost safety, care and professionalism. And be amazingly looked after.
Thank you to everyone at simplycats, you have a wonderful team. Not to mention the cleanliness & covid-19 safety procedures were second to none!

Great practice. The level of care is amazing. All the staff love cats. And this really does show when you take your pet here. Our cat 'smudge' feels very comfortable when we visit . We will Never use...
Great practice. The level of care is amazing. All the staff love cats. And this really does show when you take your pet here. Our cat 'smudge' feels very comfortable when we visit . We will Never use a different practice. As we know we are in great hands for the rest of our cats life. If you live round the Sunderland, County Durham area Simply Cats is a must for your cat.

Excellent friendly caring vets. A previous vet failed to take swabs as the cat (not surprisingly) doesn't like it. They were intent on putting the cat under just to get a swab. Simply Cats took all...
Excellent friendly caring vets. A previous vet failed to take swabs as the cat (not surprisingly) doesn't like it. They were intent on putting the cat under just to get a swab. Simply Cats took all of 30 seconds to get a successful swab, results came through in a week. Diagnosis and first lot of teeth out all in the time it would have taken the other vet just to swab the cat and have the results. Highly recommended.

Really really lovely vets, made us feel at ease, the whole environment is very calm, our cat didn't cry once and was very chilled out the whole time he was there. Definitely would recommend!

So thankful I've found simplycats. My little maxi had some complex dental surgery & this veterinary practice is absolutely the best I've every experienced by far.

Excellent friendly caring vets. A previous vet failed to take swabs as the cat (not surprisingly) doesn't like it. They were intent on putting the cat under just to get a swab.
