I have to say I was really touched at your compassion when I brought my 17year old cat called Tom to see you I sadly had to have her put to sleep it broke my heart I didn’t think I was doing the right thing but the vet reassured me she was really poorly and it would be kinder to put her to sleep I must thankyou for making it easier for me and the letter I received from them the little paw prints and lock of hair it was lovely thankyou so much

I have used Grove Veterinary Centre since I got my cats ten years ago. I am always welcomed warmly and my cats receive great care. Staff are not only friendly and professional but kind and empathic. The centre is always spotlessly clean. The staff treat my cats with the gentle kindness they would show to their own. Highly recommended

Rubbish, they didn't do any test to find the cause and made us pay £80 for pills that didn't even work on my dog Lilly.

There care for my sick dog was great but the lack of a modern records system cost me an insurance claim when they repeatedly did not pass on the information to my insurance company.

Highly recommended veterinary practice, staff excellent with all animals, parking is a bit difficult but there is a car park at the top of hall street which is a 2 min walk away

This has been my family vets for some time now. My dog loves going here, he drags me to the door every time. The staff are very welcoming and very helpful. My dog was recently attacked by a staffy and received serious wounds but the vets were fantastic! To both me and not my dog.

I have had all my cats registered at this practice for years. As well as being professional and competent, the staff are very pleasant and caring. This has been particularly helpful recently because I have had to have two of my cats put to sleep in less than six months. The only downside is the parking in this area, but I do believe they have a private car park now.Highly recommended for cats. I'm sure they are great with all small animals.

I have used Grove Veterinary Centre since I got my cats ten years ago. I am always welcomed warmly and my cats receive great care. Staff are not only friendly and professional but kind and empathic. The centre is always spotlessly clean. The staff treat my cats with the gentle kindness they would show to their own. Highly recommended

I have had all my cats registered at this practice for years. As well as being professional and competent, the staff are very pleasant and caring. This has been particularly helpful recently because I have had to have two of my cats put to sleep in less than six months.
