Once again Millcroft have been amazing, whilst on holiday we took our diabetic parsons terrier who had hypoglycaemia to them at 11 30 pm on a Saturday night. John was brilliant very calming and checked him over thoroughly and explained what we would need to do over the next few hours. We then saw Richard on the Tuesday who was also very thorough and informative. Finally we saw John again on Thursday who had asked to see him (terrier) before we returned home from our holiday and yet again he was thorough and professional. We can't thank John and all his colleagues at Millcroft enough. Read Less
