I have used Riverside for the last 8 years and although, fortunately we have not had to visit often, but over the last few months it has been more frequent. The Surgery is also welcoming and the receptionists pleasant and efficient. Emanuel has been treating Molly and he has been very good with her and she has seemed at ease with him. I have been using Riverside for about 7 years, first for my cats and now my dog. My cats & dogs have always received wonderful care. It has been hard when your vet who you have built a relationship with has moved on, but we have built new relationships with the new vets who so far have been exceptional. I do have to say that the main driver for us going to Riverside is Laura Swift, she is amazing and will be a welcome relief when she's back. Laura goes over and above with our pets making them feel comfortable and settled in a strange environment. But also as pet owners makes us welcome and always has a professional, friendly happy face. Riverside has always been a friendly, caring "small" practice, since recent changes it's lost its charm. Old staff definitely missed, feel they made it what it was...although did see Emanuel recently and he was nice! Read Less

Arriving back in England with our eight cats and two ageing dogs we knew we needed to find a really good veterinary practice. A friend recommended Riverside and even though they are not our nearest vet practice we are more than happy to travel that bit further as they are so helpful and professional and caring. We've ridden the 'emotional roller coaster' together with the highs of new puppies and kittens and the lows of having to say good bye to 'old friends'. The Team are all real animal lovers who are professional, caring and very competent at what they do.
