First time weve used this surgery. Our cat had an ingrowing claw and we didnt want to do the 50 mile round trip to our usual vet as the journey distresses the cat. We were fitted in the same day and the problem sorted efficiently by a Nurse. Nice clean fresh smelling surgery. Impressed.

We had puppy socialisation classes there and I cannot speak highly enough of Sam's expertise, patience and help. We needed a one to one which was great and really helped us with some issues. Her knowledge and approach to dog training was amazing. We've looked at other trainers who use some fairly Draconian methods which didn't sit with us at all. Our well behaved trust worthy dog is testament to her skills. Thanks very much.

I have nothing but positive comments to make. All the staff (receptionists, nurses and vets) are so caring and genuinely love animals. Our 9 yr old Labrador recently had a cancerous lump removed and we have had fabulous treatment. Our 10.5 yr old is having an unrelated cancerous lump removed tomorrow and I am completely confident he will receive the best possible care. To comments relating to cost, I can only say 'You get what you pay for' and I'm confident we are paying for the best.

However you do need a prescription to buy this product online. 15 at st Leonard vets for a 12 month supply, 18 at Scarsdale for a 6 months supply. 15 + 21.33 = 36.33. How do you get away with this. Discussing mark up ! The fact I've been asked via the telephone to remove this review speaks volumes, this is a review page for customers to leave good and bad reviews. The fact still remains your ripping people off that don't have free access to this information. Disgusting way of running a business. If this post is removed I will continue to post it as I feel that customers have a right to know, that your charging nearly double for your products.

I can't fault the vets, the hydro or the specialist. I've been with Scarsdale for 9years and other than admin stuff my baby has always been looked after. They have the right people under one roof to assist with a multitude of problems and my boxer sure has those!! Skye (boxer) loves going to the vets and to hydro. They've also tested my tortoise and chicken!!! Not many vetenary pracitices can do such a range of animals. What a great team, ok they're not cheap but that's what my insurance is for! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Thought it was best to have the vet out late on Thursday night for my Horse, excellent service however I was told that a bill will be sent to me at the end of the month with then a few weeks to pay, however after a very rude phone call today it appears that 4 days before Xmas they want 300 pounds now, when I explained that this was not the information I had been given the woman stated I must be speaking to a different vets, no love I certainly haven't I know what I have been told and to have you ringing me telling me I am lying is just downright rude, will not be using again !!

A little worried that i heard a 18hh horse had a series accident in a 3.5t lorry jumping over the breast bar !! And your vet on call seems it ok to arrange for yet another 3.5t to collect this 18hh injured horse!! Very disappointed!! a 18hh horse should never of been in such a small lorry the owner should be ashamed of them self and the transport company who went on this call out knowing that they are breaking the law, and the vet claims that the 3.5t lorry is fine for a 18hh horse !! Defra requirements are 76cm from the top of the horses withers to the top of the lorry and still id say that is to small, a 7.5t lorry should of been called for the horses safety and comfort absolutely disgusted..

Our 9 yr old Labrador recently had a cancerous lump removed and we have had fabulous treatment.
