I am grateful to the staff at Curzon Street Vets for their kindness and care recently received when my cat Tino was euthanised.
Sara our Vet is lovely. She made this emotional time bearable by making Tino special. With her kindness and sweet Beth her nurse, they both helped Tino at this personal time. The process wasn't rushed and Sara gave me time with Tino alone. Their understanding of how pet owners feel at such a sad time is the respect shown for the animal by lighting candles in honour of Tino. To acknowledge that Tino was special and not just another pet was very heartening.
I then received a card in the post acknowledging Tino and remembering him was most appreciated and I thank you all for the beautiful comments. I was touched.
Tino was abandoned in a bin bag outside a London cattery. When we heard of his plight we drove to London to bring him home. Mr Pugh wasn't sure how old he was so this year he would have been c21 years old. The most intelligent cat and he knew everything I said to him. For those who understand, Tino was very Spiritual. He wouldn't hurt a fly and was so lovely that the whole Street knew him and made a fuss of him over the years. So many people are saddened by his loss. He touched all our hearts.
Tino is now at rest in a lovely spot in our garden. He is home, out of pain at at Peace.
Thank you Sara and your staff. Your kindness and professionalism will remain with me always.

mostly sad times I have to visit but they are brilliant and caring people . The vet is through and the ladies at the desk are polite and friendly . Couldn't ask for more really

I am grateful to the staff at Curzon Street Vets for their kindness and care recently received when my cat Tino was euthanised.
Sara our Vet is lovely. She made this emotional time bearable by making Tino special. With her kindness and sweet Beth her nurse, they both helped Tino at this personal time. The process wasn't rushed and Sara gave me time with Tino alone. Their understanding of how pet owners feel at such a sad time is the respect shown for the animal by lighting candles in honour of Tino.
