Can't say enough good about this place. Our dachshund pup broke her leg and we got referred here. Bruce did an amazing job, performing a tricky op to pin our little ones leg and another flawless op to remove the pins a few weeks later. She's now making a full recovery and has no complications. Everyone here was friendly, understanding and most of all very very good at what they do. If you get referred here just know you're pet is in the best hands.

Extremely pleased with the service we revieced. We were referred to Dovecote after our Miniature Dachshund started to display signs of a spinal injury. Mark, the veterinarian, was thorough and walked us through the whole process. We felt safe in the knowledge that Apple was receiving the best possible treatment.

I was referred here by my local vet as my 10 year old Labrador has breathing issues and problems with his back legs. We saw a lovely vet called Mark who explained that having seen and assessed him, an operation would not be the best course of action. He was really kind to my boy, who was understandably stressed at being at the vets, especially after a 3 hour car journey! Even though the news I was given wasn't what I expected, I felt confident with the diagnosis I was given - well worth the long journey.

The staff were very kind and on the whole care was good. However the overnight care vet was cold and sarcastic calling my clearly distressed dog a Drama queen! No effort was made to asses her in case ...
The staff were very kind and on the whole care was good. However the overnight care vet was cold and sarcastic calling my clearly distressed dog a Drama queen! No effort was made to asses her in case there were complications, just a phone conversation.....
My dog cried and howled for our 90 minute journey home!!
During the following week she had a terrible reaction to the anaesthesia and lost 3 kilos in weight as she wouldn't eat after her biopsy in her throat. Our own vet said she was probably allergic to the anaesthetic used.

Excellent facility with superb friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff. I have had pets needing to stay overnight as well as day cases. Both have been so well looked after and cared for in this first class hospital. Definitely recommend this practice.

Can't say enough good about this place. Our dachshund pup broke her leg and we got referred here. Bruce did an amazing job, performing a tricky op to pin our little ones leg and another flawless op to remove the pins a few weeks later. She's now making a full recovery and has no complications. Everyone here was friendly, understanding and most of all very very good at what they do. If you get referred here just know you're pet is in the best hands.

I was referred here by my local vet as my 10 year old Labrador has breathing issues and problems with his back legs. We saw a lovely vet called Mark who explained that having seen and assessed him, an operation would not be the best course of action.
