Submitted my two dogs to get there teeth cleaned (2015). Was quoted £350, which was upped to £450 when the dogs we in getting there teeth cleaned. Only to turn up pay to be presented a bill of £900. When questioned about it was told that it was £450 per dog. But seeing as I presented both dogs and was given a quote for £350 in writing it is reasonable to assume that is for both dogs and at no time was I told it was per dog. So after arguing with the vetanry nurse the price was dropped to £750. The vet never bothered to phone up to explain why he was charging three time more than my previous vet for the same service even though I was told that he would. Therefore I shall never grace there doors again and now take my animals to the vet in Chaddesden where they genuinely care for there customers pets. Be very carefull with these vets they will rip you off. Read Less
