Every Vets4Pets practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment.
Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive.

there was this old woman who was rude and disrespectful to me and my partner, making assumptions about us being “breeders” and wouldn’t let us explain our financial situation and anxiety. instead she continued to humiliate us in front of everyone in the waiting room.

Excellent service and facilities, all staff are amazing and take time to explain things and get to know your pet.They are not a practice that makes you feel like the money comes 1st.

All staff were brilliant the vet fussed my cat and I think he even enjoyed his stay has he was still full of it when I got him home. I will deffinetly visit again.

I use vets4pets a lot as I have a dog that has bed legs. The staff as very friendly and my vet is so patient with my dog and has gone far and above a lot of vets would have done.

Reception staff very unfriendly. Rude. They would not let my dog see a vet.( He was in extreme pain) unless I paid in full first. I explained that my monthly wage will be paid in 48hrs, and I could of...
Reception staff very unfriendly. Rude. They would not let my dog see a vet.( He was in extreme pain) unless I paid in full first. I explained that my monthly wage will be paid in 48hrs, and I could offer some kind of security until pay day, they still said NO. It seems to me that this franchise practice puts money first before the welfare of the animal.
Make no wonder this group of companies has had bad press in recent years over it's pet stores.
The response is just like a doctors receptionist trying to get a appointment to see a doctor.
No doubt IF I had managed to see the vet, he would have treated him
