To all the clients past and present, I Andrew Dorman, have nearly been here for twenty years, with ownership of the practice for nearly sixteen years. Can I thank all the customers that have used Peak Veterinary, both past and present, for their custom and loyalty over the years. And long may it continue.
Please can I remind everyone how we are the only practice in Matlock to do our own out of hours, so you the loyal customer doesn't have to trek across the county for the out of hours service, but can be seen at the practice you know.

Incompetent and uncaring. They operated on my young dog. They left him.eith wound infection. They took out stitches whilst the wound was still open. They gave the wrong tablets wrong advice and he almost died. I spent a fortune with another ver imply to save his life. Peak didn't even have the decency to say sorry , they just hid behind their legal support when I complained.
Dont use these "vets", well, thats what they call themselves, but then I could call myself an astronaut.
A complaint to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons is being prepared.
Quite simply, if you love animals,take them elsewhere.

Looked after my four rats with various ailments over the last 18 months. I have found all the vets here compassionate and caring. Although they do not specialise in rats they have been excellent with availability and performed a same day emergency operation with wonderful post-operative care. They are reasonably priced as compared with others and I travel to them over my more local vets. Very grateful!

My recent experience has convinced my to change my vets after 25 years.
I found Andrew Dorman unsympathetic, money making, dismissive, terse, uncaring and anxious to get rid of me after extracting 35 from me for something which with hindsight I think was unnecessary.

They gave the wrong tablets wrong advice and he almost died. I spent a fortune with another ver imply to save his life. Looked after my four rats with various ailments over the last 18 months. I have found all the vets here compassionate and caring. Although they do not specialise in rats they have been excellent with availability and performed a same day emergency operation with wonderful post-operative care. They are reasonably priced as compared with others and I travel to them over my more local vets. Very grateful!

I found Andrew Dorman unsympathetic, money making, dismissive, terse, uncaring and anxious to get rid of me after extracting 35 from me for something which with hindsight I think was unnecessary.
