Today was my first experience with Bright Side vets. I called to see if I could take my cat in over the next few days & was suprised to be offered an appointment 45 minutes later. Sadly, my cat was diagnosed with late stage kidney disease & he didn't end up coming home, despite the care & attention he received whilst being kept in all day. As I'm sure you will understand this has been a pretty whirlwind day full of lows, however the professionalism & attention from every member of staff I saw today has made the whole situation easier. Had my beautiful girl spayed today. I was very anxious about the whole process and this vets couldn't have been more informative, helpful and supportive. Every member of staff we spoke to was extremely friendly and approachable, and I was told that if I needed any advice or was worried about anything to phone them. They really looked after our dog. Cannot recommend Brightside Vets enough!! We have just moved to them as our old vets shut down. We had to go to them twice in one day this week as our dog wasn't quite herself and then later she had a seizure at home, nothing was too much trouble for them from the lovely lady that greeted us as you walk in, to the fab vet and the kind gentleman (that has the boss printed on the back of his polo shirt). Kelly, Jason and all the team are very caring with all our fur babies (and we have quite a few ) and always have time to give out lots of fuss. They are all very kind, welcoming and friendly. We wouldn't take our babies anywhere else. Kelly is amazing and we can't thank her enough for what she has done for us. Kelly is the only vet that has been able to cut our Tilly's claws without causing her any distress. We would definitely recommend Brightside to anyone.
