Whilst usually I would give any vets 5 stars for the work they do, your practice has thouroughly disgusted me. The fact that you refused to treat my mums cat because she didnt have the 300 to pay upfront and you made her take Zazz home in that state is appaling. Stating that you would only treat him if my mum signed him over to the cats protection. I would like you to know he is now in safe hands at market vets thanks to Diana from animal ambulance. He was treated within 30 minutes arriving at market vets. Zazz has been having fits, due to a possible head trauma, stress and pain. He also had clearly broken/dislocated all his toes in one foot. (Im not a vet and even I could tell this) He has been treated with iv drip, antibiotics, xrays, etc. They have not asked for any money upfront to treat zazz. They have done it because they clearly care for the welfare of animals and have done so because he needed it. However, I would like to thank the receptionist that reassured my mum at charter vets as she was clearly very upset.Read Less
