We can’t thank Gareth, Carrie and the Witten Park team enough for the treatment and care for our giant lop eared rabbit Hugo. After breaking his leg we were uncertain what the future for him was as a fix wasn’t possible. However the team went above and beyond and gave him a new lease of life. We understood the risks but the care Hugo had and advice we received was brilliant. He is now happily still hopping around and has adjusted to three legs incredibly well.

Booked 2 days in advance to have cat neutered. Even put in notes of booking that to contact me if any problems with it.
My appointment was meant to be today and 2 hours before my appointment they cancel saying that it can't be done due to them only doing it for morning appointments.
Nowhere was this explained and they didn't have anything showing for morning regardless when I booked. I cancelled plans to ensure this could be done today due to it being a male cat so now spraying etc. are possible.
Ridiculous that nobody bothered to contact me until now. A waste of my time, and also appointment time for other people.
They were even had the cheek to say they were 'confused' at my booking, nothing was confusing about it as I had stated clearly what was intended to be done at the appointment, alongside to contact me if any problems and I even sent them a message last night to check everything was okay for the appointment to which they did not reply. They seemed to assume I knew how they run their neutering appointments and that they had to be in the morning, this isn't explained anywhere and for a first time customer you think they'd take more caution.
Terrible system and management, will have to look elsewhere as they can't even do this week now. If they contacted me before the actual day of the appointment we could've done it this morning.

I am always greeted by the happy, smiling receptionists who are always very helpful. Everyone at the vets have helped me through the good times and the bad times with all my animals over the years. We had to visit Witten Lodge while we were on holiday with our Great Dane ' Elsa ' , she sliced the top of her pad off on the morning we were going away and had to have her dressing changed 3 times during the week we were there . The vets were lovely and so were the receptionists and nurses , they all made us feel very welcome , it was a lovely friendly practice .

We had to visit Witten Lodge while we were on holiday with our Great Dane ' Elsa ' , she sliced the top of her pad off on the morning we were going away and had to have her dressing changed 3 times during the week we were there .
