AVOID DAWLISH/TEIGNMOUTH VETS AT ALL COSTS! Diabolical treatment of my cat. Left to suffer. Complaints are not effectively dealt with. No help financially in support of someone on benefits. No option of a payment plan in place to ease a cats suffering with a heart murmur. Complaint going off to the royal college of vets and RSPCA. Vile humans with no compassion! Put cost before suffering!

We have been with Bay Vets since we got our dog at 14wks old. She is now nearly 4yrs. She was poorly at the beginning and I felt we were in for an expensive ride. I felt they cared for her really well and didn't do unnecessary tests so the costs did not rocket. I am pleased to say that she fully recovered and I have no hesitation in taking her in whenever I need to.

My friend used these vets out of hours once on a Sunday and they could not have been more helpful. I left a message for them to attend my friends cat as she was distressed and they returned the call quickly and a visit was made within the hour. Compassionate and fair. Reasonably priced too. Thank you for being so caring.

I had to request a home visit so my 18 years old dog which was extremely ill could be put to sleep, Colin attended & was with us within 20 minutes, he treated us with much kindness consideration & understanding. The dog was handled in a most gentle manner & she passed away peacefully, we could not have wished for a better service.
