Our Branch in St Thomas Exeter has a team of dedicated and experienced vets, supported by qualified veterinary nurses and reception staff. It is one of the oldest practices in the City, we often look after many generations of family clients as they have come to trust us to provide the very best care for their pets over the years. This care is continually improving as we maintain a keen desire to be in the forefront of the advances in Veterinary Medicine .
Our CityVets St Thomas branch is a modern state of the art facility and a ‘Cat Friendly Clinic’ Silver Award holder. We have spared no expense in the construction and equipping of this practice, the employment of very experienced first opinion vets and also specialist Ophthalmology (Eye), Imaging (X-ray, Ultrasound and MRI) and Exotics vets. This means that we are capable of not only dealing with the routine work that we are presented with, but also the more complex and difficult cases, some of which may be referred from our other branches. Our aim is simply to be the best practice at providing the very best of healthcare for your pets.

This is definitely the friendliest vets practice I have ever dealt with. The staff are warm, welcoming and helpful and go the extra mile to reassure clients. The nurses are always kind to our very rude cat and they do not seem to be phased or offended by her hissing!
We recently had an incident of a visiting cat who refused to leave and was upsetting our cat; the receptionists were amazing and very caring. The visitor now pops in to see us occasionally and then goes home. The receptionists helped me to resolve the situation and improve the life of the visiting cat; they were calm and reassuring throughout.
I would highly recommend City Vets at St Thomas - they are especially brilliant with cats and are a Silver Awarded Cat Friendly Clinic, which I find very comforting.

After taking our elderly cat cuddles there and receiving such fantastic service and care in her final few months, I wouldn't think about taking our new kitten tigger any where else.

This is definitely the friendliest vets practice I have ever dealt with. The staff are warm, welcoming and helpful and go the extra mile to reassure clients. The nurses are always kind to our very rude cat and they do not seem to be phased or offended by her hissing!
We recently had an incident of a visiting cat who refused to leave and was upsetting our cat; the receptionists were amazing and very caring.
