We went to him in tears because our puppy was regurgitating and had pnuemonia, unable to breath clearly because he had a long soft palate and nares. Thank you so much Jo and team for treating our cat Max today. We were referred by our usual vet as it was discovered he has heart problems. We really thought we were going to lose him, but they were all amazing and really put our minds to rest and explained everything that they were doing. Jo really is an asset. Thank God for insurance too!! Days like this that we're reminded how important it really is! Max is now hopefully on the mend with the right treatment so we're hopeful. He's eaten some dinner so its already an improvement on the last 24hrs. :)

This was my first experience as an adult visiting a veterinary practice and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I registered online, received a very prompt reply and made my appointment via email. The Vet Steve was very knowledgeable, helpful and talked me through the vaccination process. The receptionist Becky was also lovely and very reassuring. Would definitely recommend this practice.

This is an amazing practice with kind, friendly and dedicated staff. Everyone is so warm and you are always greeted with a smile. Nothing is ever a problem, information is freely available and if they don't have an answer to hand they will find out and call/email you back. Our new puppy was terrified the first time we went to the vets but now he runs in like it were a second home. He is so happy to be there that any check ups and treatments are a breeze. We had need of the out of hours vet recently after he ate something he shouldn't have! They were immediately on hand and called back to check in a couple of hours later. It's so reassuring having such a great veterinary service to hand. We have had nothing but A* service.

Becky, Jane, Sandra and all the nurses are excellent and go well beyond the extra mile. I will not go anywhere else and my friends who live away wish they had a practice like me! I have been using City Vets with my little dog Poppy for four years now and am extremely pleased with all aspects of her treatment. Poppy is always very happy to visit and we are both made to feel welcome and at ease. Sara is always ready to listen to any worries I have with Poppy's rather complicated health problems and she gives me expert advice, so that Poppy is doing really well despite her many problems. All the staff work extremely hard but are always there for us when needed. Altogether a first rate service. Thank you all very much.

Vet Sara is excellent - she is kind and gentle with my cats which is very much appreciated. In addition, she listens to me, answers my questions and gives sound advice.
Reception staff are welcoming and compassionate.

We have been with this practice for just under 5 years now and in that time, we have always found the staff to be very friendly, caring and most helpful.
Our animals seem to enjoy their visits, unlike some Vets and pull us inside the surgery, instead of pulling us out! We say they have good taste! (Grin) I would highly recommend the Alphington City Vets branch to anybody looking for a Top service Veterinary practice.

Amazing practice and amazing people. If I could rate them 20/10 I would. Sarah is wonderful with all the animals and if it hadn't been for her on August 12th then I would have lost my cat Florence. Becky, Jane, Sandra and all the nurses are excellent and go well beyond the extra mile. I will not go anywhere else and my friends who live away wish they had a practice like me! Well done to you all!

I have been using City Vets with my little dog Poppy for four years now and am extremely pleased with all aspects of her treatment. Poppy is always very happy to visit and we are both made to feel welcome and at ease. Sara is always ready to listen to any worries I have with Poppy's rather complicated health problems and she gives me expert advice, so that Poppy is doing really well despite her many problems. All the staff work extremely hard but are always there for us when needed. Altogether a first rate service. Thank you all very much.

This is a really nice vets, very welcoming and always make you feel valued. I signed up to the pet plan which takes the stress out of remembering when each treatments due & is much better value for money. Everything is always quick and fuss free which I like! Highly recommend!

Vet Sara is excellent - she is kind and gentle with my cats which is very much appreciated. In addition, she listens to me, answers my questions and gives sound advice.
Reception staff are welcoming and compassionate.
Totally recommend this veterinary practice!

We have been with this practice for just under 5 years now and in that time, we have always found the staff to be very friendly, caring and most helpful.
Our animals seem to enjoy their visits, unlike some Vets and pull us inside the surgery, instead of pulling us out! We say they have good taste! (Grin) I would highly recommend the Alphington City Vets branch to anybody looking for a Top service Veterinary practice.
