Very poor experience. After three consultancy charges we were charged over 800 for them to try and diagnose our springer's illness. After all this they didn't have a clue. In desperation we asked for ...
Very poor experience. After three consultancy charges we were charged over 800 for them to try and diagnose our springer's illness. After all this they didn't have a clue. In desperation we asked for a conclusion as she was dying. They asked us to bring her in again. They still didn't have a clue, and then charged us again. When we phone up now to complain about the outstanding bill the woman on the phone is very stern and very unhelpful. They don't want to know and it felt like our pet was just a cash cow. We moved her to White Lodge Vets. A much better experience and our springer was on the mend. AVOID CORNERHOUSE !

We have been with the Corner House Vetinary Surgery for 30 years now. They have looked after all our pets from hamsters with a cold to cats with a broken leg and lots of dogs with incidents and illnesses, far to many to mention. Their recent support with Dexter who sadly past away from liver disease and now Scooby with his epilepsy has been outstanding. Since I have been at the Corner house vets with my whippet Fynn, I have had to come down for a number of things. Everytime time we get nearby Fynn knows where he is going and is excited to meet all his favorite staff from the reception team to the vets! He also knows where the treat cupboard is and makes a bee line for it as soon as we get into the door!

I have been A customer with Corner house for eight years with up to 8 animals and have received spectacular service every time from a simple tummy upset to a cat with a ripped throat. A dog with a Gastro intestine operation and a very old cat on tablets for 18 months. A rabbit with breathing problems and all the usual animal inoculations.Every time I have received professional courteous help from all of the girls here and they always remember who you are and to your animals are.I would most definitely (and do) recommend them at every available opportunity.

In desperation we asked for a conclusion as she was dying. They asked us to bring her in again. They still didn't have a clue, and then charged us again. Since I have been at the Corner house vets with my whippet Fynn, I have had to come down for a number of things. Everytime time we get nearby Fynn knows where he is going and is excited to meet all his favorite staff from the reception team to the vets! I have been A customer with Corner house for eight years with up to 8 animals and have received spectacular service every time from a simple tummy upset to a cat with a ripped throat. A dog with a Gastro intestine operation and a very old cat on tablets for 18 months. A rabbit with breathing problems and all the usual animal inoculations.Every time I have received professional courteous help from all of the girls here and they always remember who you are and to your animals are.I would most definitely (and do) recommend them at every available opportunity.
