Not even worth a star, this practise should not even be allowed to remain open, there is zero care for animals. They left my cat in severe pain because they were due to close in 10 minutes so had to take her to their emergency vet 30minutes drive away & obviously pay the emergency prices, she was in heart failure & they immediately put her down, she was made to endure all this pain because they couldn't take 10minutes to see her even after me begging, they're a disgrace

This is quite a big practice with several vets and nurses but the reception staff are very helpful and do care about your pet and will offer advice and do there best to get you an appointment or even speak to the vet and call you back . They also offer alternative treatments such as acupuncture and lazer treatment. My dog personally sees Dr Chris he is a well experienced vet and has great knowledge and has helped me and my dog deal with his pain. A little more pricier than other vets in the surrounding area but with all the latest up to date equipment I feel that this is money well spent. They are also open on Saturday mornings.

This is a fantastic vets and also sends out reminders when your pet is due any jabs.
The staff are very friendly and will help you as best as they can (especially if your pet has an accident in the doorway like mine did) they will rush to help you and make you and your pet feel at home.
The vet team are friendly and offer valuable tips and advice for looking after your pets and will microchip scan any lost pets handed in to them as they did with my dog when he managed to escape from our garden.
A good local vet that I would highly recommend.

Cannot rate this vets highly enough. We have received amazing care over the years from Gabi and the rest of the team. They have always gone above and beyond for all our cats -nothing is too much. I have always been 100% confident in their treatment and advice. When the time has come to say goodbye to our much loved cats they have dealt with this sensitively and with compassion.

We've used this vets for a variety of animals for over ten years. The staff are AMAZING. They're so friendly, and will do anything they can for your animal. They've literally laughed and cried with me. The dog loves to come for the treats and the cat enjoys the cuddles (if she's not gone into grumpy mode and is threatening your first born!) I won't ever consider using another vet while Raddenstiles is there.

I'd like to thank all the fantastic staff at Raddenstiles for their excellent care of our Standard Poodle Maisie a couple of weeks ago after her horrendous accident while we were on holiday in Budleigh. We are home now and she's much better. I was very impressed by the care and kindness from the receptionists, nurses and vets Fran and Christine.

I cannot thank the staff enough at Raddenstiles Vets for their skill and care in nursing our battered cat 'Buster' back to full fitness (minus a tail!) he had horrendous injuries and we had over 3 weeks of watching and waiting after all of the life saving skills had taken place. Chris has been wonderful at keeping us regularly updated during his stay there, calling us 2-3 times a day sometimes, along with the wonderful nurses who did the day to day care. I cannot thank you all enough for all you have done. So very grateful xx

Have been with raddenstiles for over 20 years - they were amazing with my springer pepper and all her operations she had over the years right until the very end of her days and i cant thank them enough for their true care and compassion - and recently my other springer bracken still havin aftercare from surgery - fantastic practice x

We've used this vets for a variety of animals for over ten years. The staff are AMAZING. They're so friendly, and will do anything they can for your animal. They've literally laughed and cried with me. The dog loves to come for the treats and the cat enjoys the cuddles (if she's not gone into grumpy mode and is threatening your first born!)
