Waited 35 minutes this afternoon with my nervous cat for my prior Honiton appointment with Rachel the vet. In the end due to the time we had to leave without being seen, no feedback apart from "its one of those things" sorry but if I'm waiting that length of time for an appointment already booked it would have been helpful to have had some constructive feedback for the reasons why. If there was an emergency that would have been fine but apart from dogs and cats coming and going for vaccinations there seemed no such event. I cannot be confident enough to use this practise which is a shame as I only live around the corner. Read Less

New street vets always seem to go that extra mile for their clients! I have always been very satisfied with their level of service... They carried out some dental work on my hamster which saved her life, for that I am very appreciative! They also expressed their deepest sympathies when my deceased cat was bought into their clinic having been ran over. I would recommend this practice to anyone, they're always happy to help :-) Read Less
