Absolute unadulterated money grubbers and scaremongers. Make no mistake, you and your pets are nothing more than meal tickets to these people, objects to exploit and line pockets with. I felt their conduct bordered on unethical, with manipulative attitudes and treatment which was totally unnecessary considering our specific situation. To be blunt, I don't know how they sleep at night.  Additionally their Knightsbridge practice is really filthy and dated, there are always bits of dog sick or faeces to navigate past in the waiting room. We are convinced taking our pet for a minor complaint actually made him seriously ill in the first place. Took our dog back to our old vet in another location (they don't have fancy shill reviews online or swanky websites, but they have always done well by our pets). We have talked to several other pet owners who share the same opinions and experiences as us using this group. Will not set foot in any of their practices again. Read Less

Needed medication for our Labrador, they were so so helpful, Checked with our usual vet to make sure everything was in order. Came back later in day vet checked our dog over and then authorised medication. Brilliant service and nice friendly staff Read Less

My husband called earlier to get an appointment. The staff in the office were very helpful on the phone. Once my husband and dog got to the office the staff were still just as friendly. When the vet saw us, she checked my dog efficiently and was really friendly and explained what was wrong. I'd definitely recommend this vet to anyone. Read Less
