Recently took our 2 new rabbits there for neutering and we feel that they received excellent care.
Dropped 1 star only because (in hindsight) it would have been useful to have been given the aftercare advice before the operation so that we could have been prepared for when we collected them.

ALL the staff at this AMAZING Veterinary surgery are the best. We always get FABULOUS care and service, the reception staff who are just fantastic make the appointments less stressful with thier friendly caring presence and the girls always have a smile for everyone, It makes such a difference to walk in to a surgery where your greeted by GENUINE friendly caring people, with vets that truly care who are completely dedicated and professional whilst still holding on to that all important human touch, the nurses are all lovely caring and informative. We would never even think of going elsewhere and would highly recommend Castle Vets to anyone looking for a top quality Vets

Then organized a blood test told the results would be here in 5 days rang after 10 to be told no blood had been taken Shocking changing vets now.

Personally, I would not go anywhere else and totally recommend the practice. The reception staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. The veterinary staff are superb - knowledgeable, caring and very understanding. And I have always had everything explained fully to me. One of my dogs is very anxious at the vets and they have gone out of their way to make him feel as comfortable as possible when he visits. All my pets are very lucky to have this practice.

First experience today with the vets and my last unless by some miracle they have a vet that has a better attitude and knowledge on how to treat animals. My poor 7year old staff who is a strong healthy boy and genuinely feels no pain has had the most horrendous trauma of a visit. Went in with both dogs, the vet called Becca dragged my staff from room to back to have his nails clipped . never in his life has he screamed in terror and pain over his nails being clipped . needless to say I was very distraught and angry over this . I become stressed in myself over the noise of his high pitched screams and demanded my baby back which the helpful receptionist who I can't fault at all got him away from them asap. Would strongly advise to rethink about allowing Becca near your pet !

Personally, I would not go anywhere else and totally recommend the practice. The reception staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. The veterinary staff are superb - knowledgeable, caring and very understanding. And I have always had everything explained fully to me. One of my dogs is very anxious at the vets and they have gone out of their way to make him feel as comfortable as possible when he visits. All my pets are very lucky to have this practice.

First experience today with the vets and my last unless by some miracle they have a vet that has a better attitude and knowledge on how to treat animals. My poor 7year old staff who is a strong healthy boy and genuinely feels no pain has had the most horrendous trauma of a visit.
