Last night we went to the pup party with Zelah, we were made to feel really welcomed by everyone, we were given lots of advice and information about the stage our individual pup was at and how it interacted with the other puppies. Tonight we took part in a puppy party at the surgery and I'm so glad we did. We gained lots of knowledge and feel well supported by the surgery on our adventure with our puppy, Cali. A huge thank you to Kingsteignton Veterinary Group for looking after our precious boy yesterday. He took a liking to some slimming world brownies, ( they were awful) that we had thrown away. From the first appointment at 10 am until we picked him up at 7 pm, all the staff were brilliant, and kept us informed with numerous phone calls throughout the day. Can't thank you enough. Huge thank you to all the staff they are such a good team and always do that bit extra for our two Dobermanns. I wouldn't trust any other vet except Nick and Howard for there care I know they are in excellent hands. Thank you very much for all the years of looking after them I would also like to stress how good the nursing team are they always take really good care of my two when they have any visits, treatments etc. I hadn't realised that Pippa was carrying a couple of kilos of extra weight as I thought she looked fine and didn't look fat. We came to the very friendly FREE Weight clinic that the surgery provides. Jacqui gave me loads of really good advise and weighed pippa every time and took her measurements, in no time she has lost all the excess weight and looks amazing!! I know it will be in her interest for a healthy heart and joints to be the correct weight so I can't thank the vets enough for offering this service.Read Less

I would just like to say a big thank you to the staff at Kingsteignton vets for treating the stray cat that was brought in to them on monday. It turns out it was the one we had been feeding and looking after at work and he had been poisoned. They went that extra mile to look after him. Wow... Fantastic place to take your pets. My dog Had to have an operation in his mouth due to an abscess. ALL the staff were very helpful, explained everything in detail,including an estimated cost! My dog has now recovered well from his operation and is back to his normal self with very white clean teeth Thank you. Read Less
