Disappointing and seem to be quite disinterested in the customer and the animals. I took my two dogs in for vaccinations and receptionists were unhelpful and vet made little attempt to relax the dogs ...
Disappointing and seem to be quite disinterested in the customer and the animals. I took my two dogs in for vaccinations and receptionists were unhelpful and vet made little attempt to relax the dogs or ask anything about their general health even though it was a first visit.

This is the very worst vets I have ever been to. The staff are very rude and unprofessional. We have had many bad experiences here, the latest resulting in the untimely death of my daughter's beloved ...
This is the very worst vets I have ever been to. The staff are very rude and unprofessional. We have had many bad experiences here, the latest resulting in the untimely death of my daughter's beloved pet. The vet we saw today didn't have a clue what he was doing. He gave our pet the wrong medication dosage via the wrong route. It cost my daughter £80 and two hours later he was dead. I have two heartbroken daughter's!!!

Almost killed my dog after vaccinations .No info on side effects or what they were for!! He had terrible sickness and diarrhoea due to these .After research and connecting the dots I left to register ...
Almost killed my dog after vaccinations .No info on side effects or what they were for!! He had terrible sickness and diarrhoea due to these .After research and connecting the dots I left to register with another vets and they had the cheek to ring me and ask for £80 to pay for the vaccinations that made him so sick we were worried to death AND they wanted him have another in 2 weeks.
Dreadful experience and only care about money!!!

My dog is 7 years old. She is my first dog. I got her when she was a year old. I am a co.plete novice were dogs are concerned; didn't even have one as a child. When I lived in Torquay I registered her at what I thought was the best vets. Then I moved to Paignton and then registered her at Seymour vets. This is the first time in 7 years that I had heard that dogs are supposed to have vaccinations YEARLY! Why did Quarry House never tell me this? Thank you Seymour vets. X

We recently moved to the area and Seymour vets in Preston are a 2 minute walk away from home so very convenient for us. one of our dogs became ill and the staff were fantastic and arranged a short not...
We recently moved to the area and Seymour vets in Preston are a 2 minute walk away from home so very convenient for us. one of our dogs became ill and the staff were fantastic and arranged a short notice appointment at their Totnes branch, the vet was very knowledgeable and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We recently moved to the area and Seymour vets in Preston are a 2 minute walk away from home so very convenient for us. one of our dogs became ill and the staff were fantastic and arranged a short notice appointment at their Totnes branch, the vet was very knowledgeable and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Took my cat in yesterday for his yearly vaccinations. They are always great with him. Had to take my guinea pig in today, they offered me great advice which was honest. I decided to have two injections for him to try to help, didn't cost much at all, unfortunately he passed away, but they had advised me that it was likely that would happen. Can't complain at the treatment he received and I'm glad I brought him home to be with me and his buddy.

Friendly staff and excellent service, sadly we had to have our Guinea pig put to sleep due to on going issues, however our vet Amy was lovely and explained everything so clearly and explored every other option before hand. Would recommend Seymour vets to friends and family

Disappointing and seem to be quite disinterested in the customer and the animals. I took my two dogs in for vaccinations and receptionists were unhelpful and vet made little attempt to relax the dogs or ask anything about their general health even though it was a first visit.

This is the very worst vets I have ever been to. The staff are very rude and unprofessional. We have had many bad experiences here, the latest resulting in the untimely death of my daughter's beloved pet. The vet we saw today didn't have a clue what he was doing.
