Well i must say the vet care is the best around my dog was looked after very well. He has to get a lump removed from his back leg and the after care was brilliant and for the vet care i would go back ...
Well i must say the vet care is the best around my dog was looked after very well. He has to get a lump removed from his back leg and the after care was brilliant and for the vet care i would go back again without hesitating. Apart from that the rest of it was a disgrace , my dog was discharged and it was left in the hands of the insurance to pay..i already knew i would have to pay some of the cost. Within a day i had a call and the person at the end of the phone had no care for my dog and without anything else being said wanted the bill paid on full there and then. Very unhelpful, very rude with not a care in the world for the animal they had treated. I made a short repayment schedule and paid as much as possible each time. My last payment was a few days late due to being away and when i went to pay, the bill had already been sent to the debt collectors. Appatently a letter was sent on the 9th of jan explaining this was going to be passed to collections to which i bever recieved although payment wasnt due until the 26th jan. Really disappointed with the way things were handled as soon as my dog was discharged. This has really made me think about moving to another vets.

The care and expertise shown by Pru the Vet, Karen the Vet Nurse and everyone else involved in caring and looking after our poorly Sun Conure, Sol was second to none during his 48 hour stay. Communication was fantastic and he received the correct tests and treatment at the right time. They were reassuring while also being realistic about the situation. Thankfully little Sol pulled through and we were able to take him home. Pru remained in touch with us for several days afterwards. Finding a good Avian Vet is difficult in this area, but Pru knew exactly what to do. Thank you all so much from all of us, Rachel, Phil & Sol xx PS We're told that Sol made quite a few fans during his stay so if you'd like to see more of him, his Instagram name is sollythesun.

Just wanted to say 'thank you' from my partner and me for the way you handled the last few days of our beloved Maddie. The locum vet Tess was extremely supportive and reassured us that we had done all we could, and Lorena arranged for us to see Maddie one more time before she was cremated and her ashes returned to us. Throughout the difficult process, your staff communicated with us really well and kept us informed, and we also noted the number of actions listed on Maddie's records as they tried to keep her alive. Thank you again for all you did.

Wouldn't recommend for reptile care - wanted to surgically remove 2 eggs from our leopard gecko. After a lot of consultation from breeders we declined the operation (receiving a lot of guilt tripping from the veterinary nurse) and brought our gecko home, where she then proceeded to lay her 2 normal eggs and is now recovering nicely

I would not trust anyone else with my pets. The staff are fantastic and I really feel that you consider how we are feeling, not just the pets. My cat's been in a few times and I always get regular calls to update me how he is getting on, even if there is nothing new to say it is still so thoughtful and reassuring. Something you do t have to do but makes such a difference! Amazing people.

Unfortunately my cat went missing last Tuesday which I then found him late afternoon on Saturday, he had been run over by a car. I came into this surgery in a right state almost falling to my knees carrying my baby. They ladies instantly took him from me as I was begging them to help and put him on oxygen and a heat pad. I only waited ten minutes but it felt a lifetime, the vet then called me into her room and explained my baby's injuries and gave me two options, I chose to have my baby put down that afternoon. I could barely hold myself up though the heart break of it all as this cat is and always will be my best friend. The vet 'Katie' supported me the whole time and reassured me the whole time. I am sorry to the surgery for the way they saw me that day, but I can't thank them enough for helping me and helping me to put my baby out of pain. RIP BEAR

Communication was fantastic and he received the correct tests and treatment at the right time. They were reassuring while also being realistic about the situation. I would not trust anyone else with my pets. The staff are fantastic and I really feel that you consider how we are feeling, not just the pets. My cat's been in a few times and I always get regular calls to update me how he is getting on, even if there is nothing new to say it is still so thoughtful and reassuring. Something you do t have to do but makes such a difference! Amazing people.
