Very disappointed to see an ‘all lives matter’ poster on the window of this business. In this day and age I did not expect to see racism plastered on the front of a business that is happy to help pets but have no compassion for the black lives matter moment, which is a movement in which people are protesting for human rights. It is extremely insensitive and if you do not understand why then you seriously need to educate yourself. ‘All lives matter’ is a contradiction that people are using against the ‘Black lives matter’ movement after the police brutality that has taken place. There are many ways in which you can celebrate the NHS without using a racist slogan. Disgusting behaviour and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Read Less

The worst vet in town. If you love your pet take it to another vet. My cat has passed away because of the vet poor health check. I have taken my cat 3 times to the vet within one motnth as I had concerns about his health. The vet said that is all good nothing to worry about. However, sadly I had to rush to the veterinary hospital at 5am, when my cat health got worst. I was already too late.... The vet at the hospital was shocked that this vet has not recognised the clear signs of my cat kidney issue. Now I always take my other cats to the veterinary hospital at Colwill RD and the service is so much better. In there they really care for your pets health! Read Less

Terrible vets. Tired to be seen as my dog was very unwell. Was told he wasn't there and wouldn't be back until 6. As we were leaving (around 4 30pm) the vet turned up. Told him what was wrong with my dog and was told to he was busy (unloading boxes from his car) was told she would survive. Took her to a different vets was seen within minutes and told she was very unwell. She was given medicine and told to go back tomorrow even though they have no appointments avalibe they still fitted us in and to go back the next day. It says on their website they offer 24hr care well that's obviously lies. I will be telling everyone not to go there. My dof could've been seriously ill if it was left until 6. Will never go there again. Read Less

I would not recommend Harwell veterinary practice to anyone. Yesterday I went for the first time with my dog who had a cut to her face. I was very disappointed with the standards at this clinic. The most serious concern I had was for hygiene practice; the vet used a cloth towel hanging on the wall to wipe implements, both clean and dirty, and it was not disposed of before or after each animal he saw. Less serious issues were that the whole process seemed archaic, he was writing notes in a notebook, flicking through a folder to find prices for medication, moving that folder to and from the consulting table therefore contaminating it several times. I'm surprised the clinic was so busy with such poor standards obviously the norm. I will never go there again. Read Less
