They have always been available for advice and support when we have needed help. Would throughly recommend them.

Please don't go through what my family and I have been through with this vet practice. I have been going to this vets especially Trevor with my previous dog and now my recent dog who we lost this Tues. No respect was given and we felt rush in saying goodbye to a family pet that we had for nearly 12 years no information given on costs and who they used for cremations not even a local one .
On the day he was put to sleep by the vet John we were given a time to be there but it was a busy time with lots of other clients and their pets. We were in the prep room with him but we had veterinary nurses in and out of the room answering the phone which was always ringing . And another member of staff we heard said we have someone in that room so can't let them in (this was said to another member of staff about clients outside waiting)
To us it felt like we were being rush in saying our goodbyes.
Afterwards my family were given no information were he was going to be cremated only his ashes will be back next Wed. No upto date information of the costs of the bills or the cremation costs was told 1 price on the phone but then it went up by over £300.
To make things worst this practice doesn't use a local cremation the one they use is CPC cremations who are based in Cheltenham not a local one as I found out the hard way.
3 days I spent trying to get information, emails, contact form & up to probably 50 phone calls as well.

I have used Rosehill vets for years and i have always found them to be very understanding and compassionate to my dogs and myself, however today i had to book an emergency appointment for one of my dogs and i was seen by a male vet that i hadnt seen before. I found him very matter of fact, he showed no compassion towards my dog. He didnt even stroke my dog let alone talk to him. I felt he treated him like he was nothing and my dog was just another animal. If this was my first visit to Rosehill i definitely wouldn't be back. In fact i am seriously considering changing to a different practice. My dog was suffering and i was extremely worried about him. I thought all vets loved animals, otherwise why would they be in the job. I was just going to let this go but then i talked to friends and family about it ( yes this is how much it upset me ) i wouldn't want anyone else to experience this. Sorry for the negative feed back as you have been brilliant in the past but i feel very upset about my whole experience with this vet yesterday.

I highly recommend Rosehill, we always gets a caring and friendly welcome. I completely trust the vets there and also feel like the pricing is very fair, I never feel overcharged as I have at other practices. The healthy pet scheme is excellent value and saves the annual cost for boosters etc. My dogs are always happy and arrive and leave with wagging tails.

A shambolic Vet practice, I no longer use them as the management ( who you never see and won’t have any contact with you ) deceided to change all the systems , a total disaster in every way , the head receptionist Hannah kept us coming back as she is so lovely but it’s being run by kids , the receptionist don’t communicate the phone goes unanswered and the times I have asked for the managers to explain why it’s so bad and never received so much as a phone call just goes to show , the so called practice manager is faceless interested in making money for his next sports car !!! This used to be a lovely place but the fanatic vets they had struggled to get flexibility after having family’s of there own only shows me it’s after you money and little care about anything else.

Appalling money grabbing vets!!! My dog went with chronic skin itching, was pumped full of steroids, told may be a tropical mite and looking at hundreds of pounds worth of treatment. His ears were sore also which was treated with drops. Told to change his dog bowls and to use all non bio products around house. Wanted to do blood tests the lot!! When I went to the vets and spoke to them at pets at home They said change his diet first as he may have a grain allergy, low and behold I did that and all issues have resolved. quick to take my money. Plus some vet there with a grey mistache said he was going to muzzle my dog cuz of his breed, excuse me???? My dogs fine other than a good judge Of character, never bitten anyone, clearly a vet for the pound signs and not the care of animals! Moving vets asap!

We were with this vet clinic for two years and they were fantastic with my Millie. It was difficult to find someone similar in new city!!! When my Millie was ill they took the time to listen to me and look after her. When she was pregnant they were fantastic with her and puppies as well as we had checks done for them at this clinic. I am very sad we moved to Bristol and had to leave as it took us almost a year to find someone who cares and listen here.

Please don't go through what my family and I have been through with this vet practice. I have been going to this vets especially Trevor with my previous dog and now my recent dog who we lost this Tues. No respect was given and we felt rush in saying goodbye to a family pet that we had for nearly 12 years no information given on costs and who they used for cremations not even a local one .
On the day he was put to sleep by the vet John we were given a time to be there but it was a busy time with lots of other clients and their pets. We were in the prep room with him but we had veterinary nurses in and out of the room answering the phone which was always ringing . And another member of staff we heard said we have someone in that room so can't let them in (this was said to another member of staff about clients outside waiting)
To us it felt like we were being rush in saying our goodbyes.
Afterwards my family were given no information were he was going to be cremated only his ashes will be back next Wed. No upto date information of the costs of the bills or the cremation costs was told 1 price on the phone but then it went up by over £300.
To make things worst this practice doesn't use a local cremation the one they use is CPC cremations who are based in Cheltenham not a local one as I found out the hard way.
3 days I spent trying to get information, emails, contact form & up to probably 50 phone calls as well.

I have used Rosehill vets for years and i have always found them to be very understanding and compassionate to my dogs and myself, however today i had to book an emergency appointment for one of my dogs and i was seen by a male vet that i hadnt seen before. I found him very matter of fact, he showed no compassion towards my dog. He didnt even stroke my dog let alone talk to him. I felt he treated him like he was nothing and my dog was just another animal. If this was my first visit to Rosehill i definitely wouldn't be back. In fact i am seriously considering changing to a different practice. My dog was suffering and i was extremely worried about him. I thought all vets loved animals, otherwise why would they be in the job. I was just going to let this go but then i talked to friends and family about it ( yes this is how much it upset me ) i wouldn't want anyone else to experience this. Sorry for the negative feed back as you have been brilliant in the past but i feel very upset about my whole experience with this vet yesterday.

I completely trust the vets there and also feel like the pricing is very fair, I never feel overcharged as I have at other practices. The healthy pet scheme is excellent value and saves the annual cost for boosters etc. My dogs are always happy and arrive and leave with wagging tails.

A shambolic Vet practice, I no longer use them as the management ( who you never see and won’t have any contact with you ) deceided to change all the systems , a total disaster in every way , the head receptionist Hannah kept us coming back as she is so lovely but it’s being run by kids , the receptionist don’t communicate the phone goes unanswered and the times I have asked for the managers to explain why it’s so bad and never received so much as a phone call just goes to show , the so called practice manager is faceless interested in making money for his next sports car !!! This used to be a lovely place but the fanatic vets they had struggled to get flexibility after having family’s of there own only shows me it’s after you money and little care about anything else.

Appalling money grabbing vets!!! My dog went with chronic skin itching, was pumped full of steroids, told may be a tropical mite and looking at hundreds of pounds worth of treatment. His ears were sore also which was treated with drops. Told to change his dog bowls and to use all non bio products around house. Wanted to do blood tests the lot!! When I went to the vets and spoke to them at pets at home They said change his diet first as he may have a grain allergy, low and behold I did that and all issues have resolved. quick to take my money. Plus some vet there with a grey mistache said he was going to muzzle my dog cuz of his breed, excuse me???? My dogs fine other than a good judge Of character, never bitten anyone, clearly a vet for the pound signs and not the care of animals! Moving vets asap!

We were with this vet clinic for two years and they were fantastic with my Millie. It was difficult to find someone similar in new city!!! When my Millie was ill they took the time to listen to me and look after her. When she was pregnant they were fantastic with her and puppies as well as we had checks done for them at this clinic. I am very sad we moved to Bristol and had to leave as it took us almost a year to find someone who cares and listen here.
