Kate has been absolutely brilliant. I was referred to her from St Boniface Vets in Crefiton for my miniature Jack Russell Charlie Bear, who had an eye problem, and I found Kate to be caring, sympathetic and so so good withCharlie Bear. She confirmed he had a foreign body in his eye, a seed, and once removed on the Saturday she contacted me regularly for four days of the following week to see how he was, even sent text messages etc., can’t thank Kate enough Would definitely recommend along with my vets who saw this foreign body Read Less

We took our wayward half-Bengal cat Bolly in with a wound to her chest area that it turned out she'd been nursing for a while. The vet shaved the injured area, disinfected it and gave her an injection while I held her in a tight bear-hug. A day later we couldn't believe the change in her! She's gone from a scared, grumpy cat to a playful kitten, racing around chasing things and playing with her son & daughter (instead of hissing and attacking them as she used to). Brings to mind the old story of the lion with the thorn in his paw. Only now do we realise how long she'd been nursing this hard-to-see wound and how much joy that the relief from pain and infection has brought her! Thanks Westmoor for your great work (as always) :-) Read Less

A huge thank you to Christina, Mark and Sarah for their help with Lucy (my 10 month jrt) over the last 24hrs. She has been traumatised twice, through eating a azalea plant and have taught both myself and Lucy that rewards are the best answer for behaviour problems not a bogus dog behaviour so called specialist. I will in future seek their professional opinion for any other animal matter. Big thumbs up for the practice from us. Sarah the nurse has given me a huge confidence boost this morning, with Lucy at my house, to trust my canine companion. Thank you!! Read Less

I cannot fault Westmoor, a very well deserved 5 stars. From the girls on reception, those dealing with accounts and claims, the vetinary nurses and the wonderful vets, each and every one will go over and above to help you and offer care and support. I have the privalage of owing a Saint Bernard and have had one in the past both have suffered from issues that have required constant vetinary input. My four legged pals have always been cared for and looked after while at the prcatice and even when the vets have been out to my home. A special thank you needs to be extened to Mark Towl for all his help and care over the years. He is a wonderful vet and out and out star for all he does. Thank you to everyone.
