We are a friendly, family-run vets with surgeries in Torquay and Paignton. Every pet is unique, and as a small team we can get to know you and your pets as individuals. Since taking on the practice in 2014, practice owners, John and Laura Mather, have invested heavily in refurbishments, new equipment and team training with the aim of offering the best veterinary care locally.
We are accredited under the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme, which quality assures practices and their facilities. Our surgeries are also ISFM recognised Cat Friendly Clinics.

Having moved to Torquay recently had to register with a new veterinary practice for my elderly Siamese cat, and was highly recommended to Greenbay.
Today I took my Siamese for dental work and I was very impressed by the efficiency of the receptionist Donna and the nurses who explained the procedure fully
The vet phoned me giving a detailed explanation of what work had done.
Upon bringing my Siamese home she immediately started eating and walked around as if nothing had happened, and was playing with her toys.
I will not hesitate to recommend this lovely practice, who obviously as well as running a business have a genuine love of animals. M L Cunniffe-Smith

I had to change my veterinary surgeon due to them not doing local Dentistry. I decided to use Green Bay. Top class service and my dog is so much happier now she's had her bad teeth removed! She had her check and her up both in the same day. Would use them again and would definitely recommend.

We have had a level of care and service you don't find very often and will be forever thankful for the help that everyone at the Torquay branch has given us. Our Cat TJ turned diabetic and after 6 months we now find out his condition is cause by a brain tumour (operable thankfully). If not for the help, support, and the vets being thorough we would never have got to where we are now. We cannot thank them or recommend them enough.

I know all Vets are meant to look after your pets like they would your own, but this place seems to go a bit further. They treat you like one of their own and do everything they can to make you feel at ease.
The staff are great and both times we went there the same people were there (my last place seemed to have a revolving door for staff) and used my name and knew the animals and their likes/dislikes.
Obviously hope I don't need to use again but if there was ever an issue I'd not hesitate to go there again and have also had friends at work start to use them.

Greenbay immediately provided the reassurance we needed when I contacted them for a second opinion. They were knowledgeable and professional, whilst being kind and gentle at the same time. Our dog needed a pretty big op on his mouth/face area which has been done so carefully and neatly. He's recovering so well. A great team, doing a great job. Worth every penny!

Since 1988, all my cats have been under Greenbay's excellent care - even when Mischa gave birth at midnight on my mum's bed (and she wasn't our cat at the time - long story!) they helped us with her and her babies. I have no doubt that Denver my current furbabe will continue to have excellent healthcare there. Thank you to everyone at Greenbay and keep up the good work!

Always kind and helpful - all my animals have been registered with them for years and years. They even managed to help when a goldfish lost it's tail due to a tumor and there aren't many vets around to help with fish! They have been in charge of budgies, fish, hamsters and cats in the past and currently my 5 Guinea Pigs. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

We have had a level of care and service you don't find very often and will be forever thankful for the help that everyone at the Torquay branch has given us. I know all Vets are meant to look after your pets like they would your own, but this place seems to go a bit further. They treat you like one of their own and do everything they can to make you feel at ease.

Our dog needed a pretty big op on his mouth/face area which has been done so carefully and neatly. He's recovering so well. A great team, doing a great job. Worth every penny!

Always kind and helpful - all my animals have been registered with them for years and years. They even managed to help when a goldfish lost it's tail due to a tumor and there aren't many vets around to help with fish!
