We transferred our lovely little dog to this Vets after an awful experience with another vets, just 3 days ago. The day after she was first seen, we had to sadly put Lola to sleep. When we arrived at the Vets to do the inevitable, the receptionist was lovely and understanding. I was handed a glass of water and 2 boxes of tissues by separate members of staff.
Liah was our Vet and she was amazing. She was calm, compassionate and understanding. We were treated with utmost respect throughout the whole sad affair. I just wish we had registered our beautiful Lola with them when she was a puppy.

We have used this veterinary practice for approx 15 years. With our current and previous dog. They are absolutely brilliant! Reception staff, all of the vets. We normally see Marni, who looks after our much loved chester, and indeed looks after us too!
We trust Marni completely, she knows both Chester and ourselves, and every single time we go provides top notch professional care. Marni always carefully considers all options available, and gives the best advice possible. Each time providing sound advice and a good plan forward considering our Chesters well being foremost.

We have been registered, or rather our dogs have with this vets for approximately 12 years now. Our first dog was looked after here till the end, and our most recent family member loves Marni and Chat...
We have been registered, or rather our dogs have with this vets for approximately 12 years now. Our first dog was looked after here till the end, and our most recent family member loves Marni and Chats to Marni during his visits. He is a little stressed at the vets and the mere thought of pain sends him into a howling fit, a proper drama queen !! Marni handles him beautifully and manages to examine him without him even realising. Marni is a top vet, a lovely person who cares for your pet, no doubting this whatsoever. We are happy to come here and happy to recommend this veterinary practice. All of the staff there are lovely and friendly and care about animals. I had a lovely chat with Marni today and our dog curled up and went to sleep on the examination table, how’s that for a relaxed pooch!! I hasten to add we were last in and didn’t delay anyone else waiting after us!! Thanks Marni and gang.

We transferred our lovely little dog to this Vets after an awful experience with another vets, just 3 days ago. The day after she was first seen, we had to sadly put Lola to sleep. When we arrived at the Vets to do the inevitable, the receptionist was lovely and understanding. I was handed a glass of water and 2 boxes of tissues by separate members of staff.
