Our dog Sammy had to have an eye removed at Aniwell in Kinson just over a week a go . I couldn't handle the stress so my partner took him in . Every visit has been met with compassion and empathy tow...
Our dog Sammy had to have an eye removed at Aniwell in Kinson just over a week a go . I couldn't handle the stress so my partner took him in . Every visit has been met with compassion and empathy towards both my dog and partner . I wouldn't go to any other vets . It's clean , receptionists extremely friendly , the vets themselves were extremely friendly , definitely knew what they were doing and made a fuss of my dog so that he trusted them completely , thank you to everyone that works at Kinson Aniwell vets , you've done a brilliant job considering the operation wasn't very nice at all . Sammy is making great progress , playing and enjoying life again . Stitches come out next Saturday . Not something to look forward to but i know he will be in great hands .
On the other hand , Aniwell Veterinary Practice at Alderney didn't fair very well at all making a wrong diognosed that made my dog suffer in pain for five days . We will not be returning there again . I will be putting a serious complaint in as i my self diognosed my doggies symptoms the very same day he went to Alderney Vets . I'm very upset my dog had to suffer this way untill we took him to Kinson Aniwell Veterinary Surgery who diognosed Sammy's condition straight away . Well done to this surgery . Definitely worthy of 5 stars and more to all staff and the surgeon that performed the operation for Sammy . Brilliant after care too which is still on going , thank you so so much to everyone at this surgery , Mrs Dorman , mummy to Sammy Dorman

Receptionist and phone staff were rude to my partner. Maybe it was a bad day but not up to decent standard customer service.
The Vet however was superb. Very friendly and professional.

AVOID AVOID AVOID ... they really don’t care about the animals just getting you in and taking your money.... When I started speaking with people about the poor customer service here it came to light q...
AVOID AVOID AVOID ... they really don’t care about the animals just getting you in and taking your money.... When I started speaking with people about the poor customer service here it came to light quite a few people I knew had already remove their pets in the past. Poor customer service and just ignore it if you ever have an issue or complaint.

Have been with Aniwell for a couple of years, I changed from another vet and I am so glad I did! They are the most compassionate group of people and I cannot fault the care they have given my 3 elderly cats, two of which passed on now and the last one in her twilight years. They have enabled her to continue in a healthy and full life which is so important. I have a teenage dog and when he became seriously ill they spared no effort to help and now he is back to his sulky teenage nature! I highly recommend them and I know they always put the animals health first.

I have been taking my cat Alfie to Aniwell's for the past 11 years. The vets are so kind and caring and they receptionists are friendly and cheerful. The one operation Alfie had went very smoothly and he recovered in no time. Having separate waiting areas for cats and dogs makes the visits less stressful for Alfie. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

Avoid at all costs! They allowed my stolen cat to be treated there without scanning him (as per policy with all new pets taken to the vets to check they haven't been stolen), which would have meant he would have been re-united with me as soon as he was taken in, and are now refusing to give me information on what treatment he has had which I need for his actual vets to treat him as I've found him (trapped inside a neighbours house) with really bad skin because he's allergic to fleas. Apsolutely disgusting ... they don't follow policy on checking the owner and protect the confidentiality of the thief at the detriment of the pet! Places like this should be shut down!

I would like to say. There isn't another vet that could give any better Care, Treatment, Warm welcoming atmosphere, but more so for their professionalism, that Aniwell gives. I would like to thank you all once again for all the care that Titch has had from you for over 18yrs. Sadly she missed out by 44days to reach her 19th birthday. She was a very strong dog, as you know. She died at the age of 12years,but came back into our lives. With many months of recovery, Blood transfusion, care, regular blood test, medication and also having people telling you, that a dog is not worth spending money on. She has proved them all wrong to live another 7yrs happy, fit, blind and healthy life. She was on her way to join Tibu and Taz last Monday, but yet again she had us fooled and came back. But this morning she decided it was her time to go and play with her pals and eat plenty of food and treats in paradise.. Rest in peace Titch. You deserve a long rest, you have earned it. Thankyou again Hyden and all the staff. Bye Bye Titchxxx photo will follow.

It is very reassuring to know what a wonderful veterinary clinic this is when a much loved pet needs surgery. Toby, one of our two Bichons ruptured a cruciate ligament in his leg, but following surgery 10 days ago by Hadyn he's making great progress. Everyone at Aniwell, vets, nurses and the ladies on reception are always friendly and helpful. Down the many years we've been with this practise we've brought in our rats, cats, foster cats, and all our beloved dogs - the treatment for all big or small has always been excellent.

Our dog Sammy had to have an eye removed at Aniwell in Kinson just over a week a go . I couldn't handle the stress so my partner took him in . Every visit has been met with compassion and empathy towards both my dog and partner . I wouldn't go to any other vets . It is very reassuring to know what a wonderful veterinary clinic this is when a much loved pet needs surgery. Toby, one of our two Bichons ruptured a cruciate ligament in his leg, but following surgery 10 days ago by Hadyn he's making great progress.
